Cable standing up straight crossovers are an exercise designed to target the muscles of the chest and shoulders. It improves muscle tone, enhances upper body strength, and provides a good workout for stabilizing muscles. This exercise is ideal for building the pectoral muscles while engaging the deltoids and core for balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand between the cables with feet shoulder-width apart, grasping the handles.
  2. Start with arms extended out to the side, elbows slightly bent.
  3. Pull the handles together in front of you, keeping elbows soft and engaging the chest.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining controlled movement.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
