Cable standing up straight crossovers are an exercise designed to target the muscles of the chest and shoulders. How to do it
- Stand between the cables with feet shoulder-width apart, grasping the handles.
- Start with arms extended out to the side, elbows slightly bent.
- Pull the handles together in front of you, keeping elbows soft and engaging the chest.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining controlled movement.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
