The 'Around the World' exercise performed lying on the floor targets the shoulders and chest. It improves shoulder mobility and strengthens the upper body muscles while engaging the core for stability.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with arms extended at your sides, palms facing up.
- Slowly move your arms in a circular motion towards your head, keeping them close to the ground.
- Bring your arms back to the starting position, completing the circle.
