The Band High Fly is an effective exercise for targeting the upper chest muscles. By utilizing resistance bands, it engages the pectorals through a fly motion, enhancing strength and muscle tone in the chest and shoulders.
How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to a high point in front of you.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the band handles with each hand.
- Lean slightly forward with a straight back, arms extended to the sides.
- Pull the band down and in, bringing your hands together in front of you while maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the tension.
