The Band High Fly is an effective exercise for targeting the upper chest muscles. By utilizing resistance bands, it engages the pectorals through a fly motion, enhancing strength and muscle tone in the chest and shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a high point in front of you.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the band handles with each hand.
  3. Lean slightly forward with a straight back, arms extended to the sides.
  4. Pull the band down and in, bringing your hands together in front of you while maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the tension.
