The dumbbell incline twisted fly is a chest-focused exercise that enhances pectoral muscles while also engaging the shoulders. It involves performing a fly motion on an incline bench with a twist at the wrist, helping to build muscular strength and definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie back on an incline bench holding dumbbells in each hand.
  2. Start with dumbbells over your chest, palms facing each other.
  3. Lower the dumbbells out to the sides with a slight elbow bend.
  4. Twist your wrists as you lower to face palms upwards.
  5. Bring the dumbbells back up with a reverse twist to starting position.
