The dumbbell incline twisted fly is a chest-focused exercise that enhances pectoral muscles while also engaging the shoulders. It involves performing a fly motion on an incline bench with a twist at the wrist, helping to build muscular strength and definition.
How to do it
- Lie back on an incline bench holding dumbbells in each hand.
- Start with dumbbells over your chest, palms facing each other.
- Lower the dumbbells out to the sides with a slight elbow bend.
- Twist your wrists as you lower to face palms upwards.
- Bring the dumbbells back up with a reverse twist to starting position.
