Side Step Jack Punch combines lateral movement with arm punches, enhancing cardiovascular fitness and coordination. It engages multiple muscle groups to improve balance and agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides.
  2. Step right foot out to the side, simultaneously raising arms overhead.
  3. Bring feet back together, lowering arms and punching forward.
  4. Repeat on the opposite side, alternating steps and punches.
  5. Maintain a steady rhythm and controlled movement throughout.
