How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides.
- Step right foot out to the side, simultaneously raising arms overhead.
- Bring feet back together, lowering arms and punching forward.
- Repeat on the opposite side, alternating steps and punches.
- Maintain a steady rhythm and controlled movement throughout.
