Cable Front Raise
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The cable front raise targets the shoulders, especially the anterior deltoid. It's an effective exercise for building shoulder strength and improving upper body aesthetics. By using a cable machine, constant tension is maintained throughout the movement, increasing muscle engagement.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grasping the cable handle with an overhand grip.
- Keep your arms straight and lift the handle to shoulder height, maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
