A dynamic stretch involving arm movement while lying on a foam roller, promoting shoulder mobility and chest opening. This exercise targets surrounding muscle groups through controlled arm circling motions.
How to do it
- Lie on a Foam Roller with it aligned along the spine, supporting head and tailbone.
- Bend knees, feet flat on the ground, arms extended at sides.
- Slowly move arms over head, then sweep them to the sides and down in a circular motion.
- Keep core engaged and maintain balance throughout the movement.
- Repeat the arm circles smoothly for the desired number of repetitions.
