Roll Around the World Lying on Floor

A dynamic stretch involving arm movement while lying on a foam roller, promoting shoulder mobility and chest opening. This exercise targets surrounding muscle groups through controlled arm circling motions.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a Foam Roller with it aligned along the spine, supporting head and tailbone.
  2. Bend knees, feet flat on the ground, arms extended at sides.
  3. Slowly move arms over head, then sweep them to the sides and down in a circular motion.
  4. Keep core engaged and maintain balance throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat the arm circles smoothly for the desired number of repetitions.
