How to do it

  1. Lie on a flat bench with an EZ barbell. Secure grip with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Position the bar above your chest, arms extended but not locked.
  3. Lower the bar slowly to your chest, elbows close to your body.
  4. Press the bar back to the starting position by extending your arms.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control throughout.
