Lever crossovers, performed on a machine, target key muscles in the chest and shoulders by crossing the arms in front of the body. This exercise enhances upper body strength and muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Sit facing the lever machine, grasp the handles with both hands.
  2. Keep your feet flat, back straight, and engage your core.
  3. Press the levers forward while crossing your arms at chest height.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
