Lever crossovers, performed on a machine, target key muscles in the chest and shoulders by crossing the arms in front of the body. This exercise enhances upper body strength and muscle definition.
How to do it
- Sit facing the lever machine, grasp the handles with both hands.
- Keep your feet flat, back straight, and engage your core.
- Press the levers forward while crossing your arms at chest height.
- Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
