The kneeling shoulder tap push-up is a variation of the traditional push-up that incorporates balance and core stabilization. How to do it
- Begin in a kneeling push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and knees resting on the ground.
- Lower your chest towards the floor while keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- Press up to the starting position, then lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder.
- Return the hand to the floor and repeat, alternating shoulder taps with each rep.
- Maintain a straight line from shoulders to knees throughout the exercise.
