The Triceps Extension Stepback is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps, enhancing arm strength and stability. By engaging in a controlled stepback motion, this exercise also activates the core and improves overall balance. It's a perfect addition to any upper body workout, offering an efficient way to sculpt and tone your arms without equipment.

How to do it

  1. Begin standing with feet hip-width apart and arms raised overhead, palms facing forward.
  2. Keeping your arms straight, step one foot back into a lunge position, bending both knees at a 90-degree angle.
  3. As you step back, lower your arms behind your head, bending at the elbows to engage the triceps.
  4. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position, extending your arms back overhead.
  5. Repeat the movement by alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
