How to do it
- Position the bar of the Smith Machine at shoulder height.
- Step under the bar, place it across your upper back, and grasp it with both hands.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body by bending the knees and hips until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Press through your heels to return to the starting position, keeping your back straight.
