How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands clasped at chest level.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and knees behind toes.
- Explosively jump upwards, extending through your toes.
- Land softly back into the squat position and immediately perform another jump.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, ensuring proper form throughout.
