The Toy Soldier Dynamic Stretch is a dynamic exercise that helps improve flexibility and range of motion in the legs and core. It combines a leg raise with a torso twist, engaging the core muscles while stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors.
How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms extended overhead.
- Lift one leg straight in front while keeping your knee extended.
- Simultaneously reach the opposite hand towards the lifted foot, engaging the core.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
