The Toy Soldier Dynamic Stretch is a dynamic exercise that helps improve flexibility and range of motion in the legs and core. It combines a leg raise with a torso twist, engaging the core muscles while stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms extended overhead.
  2. Lift one leg straight in front while keeping your knee extended.
  3. Simultaneously reach the opposite hand towards the lifted foot, engaging the core.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
