The single-leg press on a 45-degree sled machine targets the lower body, emphasizing one leg at a time. This unilateral exercise enhances muscle balance, strength, and stability, especially in the quadriceps and glutes.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself on the sled machine with one foot on the platform.
  2. Adjust the seat and backrest to support your back.
  3. Press the platform by extending your knee and hip fully.
  4. Slowly lower the sled back by bending the knee to original position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, then switch legs.
