How to do it
- Position yourself on the sled machine with one foot on the platform.
- Adjust the seat and backrest to support your back.
- Press the platform by extending your knee and hip fully.
- Slowly lower the sled back by bending the knee to original position.
- Repeat for desired reps, then switch legs.
