How to do it
- Secure an ankle attachment to the cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine, attaching the cable to one ankle.
- Lean forward slightly, holding onto the machine for support.
- Extend the attached leg backward, keeping the knee slightly bent.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
