The Dumbbell Bar Grip Sumo Squat is a lower body exercise that targets the glutes, quadriceps, and adductors. This exercise helps in building strength in the lower body and improving stability and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
  2. Lower your hips back and down as if sitting into a squat, keeping your chest up.
  3. Ensure your knees stay aligned with your toes and lower until thighs are parallel to the floor.
  4. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
