How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
- Lower your hips back and down as if sitting into a squat, keeping your chest up.
- Ensure your knees stay aligned with your toes and lower until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
