How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall holding a medicine ball close to your chest.
  2. Squat down, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
  3. Explode upward and throw the medicine ball against the wall.
  4. Catch the ball as it rebounds and return to the squat position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions.
