The Lying Knee to Chest Stretch helps to relieve tension in the lower back and improve flexibility. It focuses on stretching the gluteal and lower back muscles, promoting relaxation and reducing stiffness.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended.
  2. Bring one knee towards your chest, holding it with both hands.
  3. Gently pull the knee closer to your chest while keeping the other leg extended on the floor.
  4. Hold the stretch for 20 to 30 seconds.
  5. Switch legs and repeat the stretch on the other side.
