The Warrior III Pose is a balancing yoga posture that strengthens the legs, back, and core while also improving stability and focus. It involves standing on one leg with the body parallel to the ground and arms extended forward, creating a straight line from fingertips to the lifted heel.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Shift weight onto your right foot while lifting the left leg behind you.
  3. Lean your torso forward until it is parallel to the ground.
  4. Extend both arms forward, creating a straight line from fingers to heel.
  5. Engage your core and hold the position, keeping your hips square.
