The kettlebell double snatch is a dynamic full-body exercise that involves explosively lifting two kettlebells from the ground to an overhead position in one motion. This exercise enhances power, coordination, and engages multiple muscle groups.
How to do it
- Start with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
- Begin in a squat position with kettlebells between your legs.
- Explosively extend your hips and knees, pulling the kettlebells upwards.
- Rotate the wrists and press the kettlebells overhead in one fluid motion.
- Control the descent back to the starting position.
