How to do it
- Start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- While pushing back up, hop your feet apart.
- Bring your feet back together as you return to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining form.
