Push-Up Jacks combine the upper body strength of push-ups with the cardio element of jumping jacks. This dynamic exercise enhances muscle engagement while elevating heart rate, offering both strength and aerobic benefits.

How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  3. While pushing back up, hop your feet apart.
  4. Bring your feet back together as you return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining form.
