How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended straight forward.
  2. Slowly move your arms in a circular motion, starting small and gradually increasing to larger circles.
  3. Keep your core engaged and maintain a steady breathing pattern.
  4. Perform circles in the forward direction for a set duration, then switch to reverse circles.
  5. Maintain control to ensure full range of motion and avoid any jerking movements.
