The Lever Shoulder Press is an effective exercise for strengthening the shoulders, particularly targeting the deltoids. It also engages the triceps and upper back muscles, promoting upper body strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with back fully supported, feet flat on the platform.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing forward, aligning elbows with the shoulders.
  3. Exhale and press the handles upward, extending the arms fully overhead.
  4. Inhale, then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
