How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise one arm above the head and bend the elbow to touch the opposite shoulder, keeping the upper arm close to the ear.
- Use the opposite hand to gently pull the elbow for a deeper stretch.
- Maintain a straight posture and engage the core muscles.
- Hold for a few seconds, switch sides, and repeat.
