How to do it

  1. Start by holding a pair of Gymnastics Rings with an overhand grip, arms extended and body leaning back.
  2. Engage your core and raise your arms above your head, forming a Y shape with your body.
  3. Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position, maintaining tension in your shoulders and back.
