This exercise involves using a stick to enhance shoulder flexibility and mobility. It focuses on stretching the shoulder muscles and improving range of motion. It also engages the core and leg muscles for stabilization, making it a comprehensive stretch to improve upper body flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the stick overhead with both hands.
  2. Keep elbows slightly bent and core engaged throughout the movement.
  3. As you lower the stick diagonally across your body, twist the torso slightly.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Perform each stretch slowly to maximize flexibility benefits.
