The Suspension Fly is an exercise that uses suspension equipment to target the chest and shoulders. By extending the arms in a fly motion, it effectively builds strength and stability in the upper body. It also engages the core for balance.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the suspension straps to mid-length and hold the handles with straight arms out to your sides.
  2. Stand facing away from the anchor point, and lean your body forward, maintaining tension in the straps.
  3. Keep your body straight and hips aligned, engage your core.
  4. Slowly bring your arms together in front of you in a semicircular motion.
  5. Return to starting position by reversing the motion, maintaining control.
