Equipment
The Suspension Fly is an exercise that uses suspension equipment to target the chest and shoulders. By extending the arms in a fly motion, it effectively builds strength and stability in the upper body. It also engages the core for balance.
How to do it
- Adjust the suspension straps to mid-length and hold the handles with straight arms out to your sides.
- Stand facing away from the anchor point, and lean your body forward, maintaining tension in the straps.
- Keep your body straight and hips aligned, engage your core.
- Slowly bring your arms together in front of you in a semicircular motion.
- Return to starting position by reversing the motion, maintaining control.
