How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Cross your arms in front of your chest, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Inhale as you open your arms diagonally outward, reaching up and back.
- Exhale as you bring your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
