How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Cross your arms in front of your chest, keeping elbows slightly bent.
  3. Inhale as you open your arms diagonally outward, reaching up and back.
  4. Exhale as you bring your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
