The Shuffle Leg Lift is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that enhances agility and strengthens the lower body. It engages the core, glutes, and legs, improving coordination and balance. How to do it

  1. Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart and arms relaxed by your sides.
  2. Shift your weight to your right leg while lifting your left foot upward and bringing your left foot towards your glutes.
  3. Quickly switch sides, shifting your weight to the left leg and repeating the foot-to-glutes motion with the right leg.
  4. Continue alternating legs in a shuffling motion, maintaining a moderate pace for the duration of the exercise.
