The Kneeling Leg Half Circle exercise is a floor-based movement focusing on hip mobility and core stability. It involves moving the leg in a controlled, circular motion while maintaining balance on the opposite knee and both hands, engaging the core and glutes.
How to do it
- Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Extend the right leg straight back while keeping the hips level.
- Draw a half circle with your extended leg, moving it outward and around.
- Return the leg to the starting position and repeat.
- Switch to the other leg after completing the desired reps.
