The Kneeling Leg Half Circle exercise is a floor-based movement focusing on hip mobility and core stability. It involves moving the leg in a controlled, circular motion while maintaining balance on the opposite knee and both hands, engaging the core and glutes.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Extend the right leg straight back while keeping the hips level.
  3. Draw a half circle with your extended leg, moving it outward and around.
  4. Return the leg to the starting position and repeat.
  5. Switch to the other leg after completing the desired reps.
