How to do it
- Stand facing a bench with feet hip-width apart.
- Place one foot firmly on the bench.
- Push through the heel of the front foot to lift your body up.
- Bring the trailing leg up to stand fully on the bench.
- Step back down carefully and repeat with the other leg.
