Arm Swing Side Step

This exercise involves swinging the arms and stepping side to side, designed to engage multiple muscle groups for coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended at shoulder height.
  2. Swing your arms to the side while simultaneously stepping out with one foot.
  3. Bring the arms back to the front while stepping back to the start position.
  4. Continue the motion with the opposite foot, keeping the core engaged.
