This exercise involves swinging the arms and stepping side to side, designed to engage multiple muscle groups for coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended at shoulder height.
- Swing your arms to the side while simultaneously stepping out with one foot.
- Bring the arms back to the front while stepping back to the start position.
- Continue the motion with the opposite foot, keeping the core engaged.
