In the Suspender Front Raise, the individual uses suspension equipment to engage the shoulder muscles. This exercise helps improve shoulder strength and stability while also engaging the core muscles for balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding suspension handles.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping body straight and core engaged.
  3. Raise arms in front, maintaining tension on the suspension.
  4. Slowly lower arms back to starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions.
