How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and a barbell on your upper back.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Hinge at the hips, lowering your torso until it's nearly parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels and return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
