How to do it
- Position yourself on the hack squat machine, facing towards the pads.
- Place shoulders under the pads and feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Push through your heels to extend your legs and lift the sled upward.
- Lower the sled slowly by bending your knees, keeping your back straight.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining control throughout.
