How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms raised overhead.
  2. Jump and spread your legs while lowering your arms to shoulder height.
  3. Return to the starting position by jumping back to the original stance.
  4. Continue the overhead and outward motion simultaneously, maintaining a steady rhythm.
  5. Focus on controlled breathing and maintain a soft knee landing to reduce impact.
