How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms bent at the elbows.
- Raise your right knee toward your chest while simultaneously lifting your left heel off the ground.
- Switch sides, raising your left knee and right heel.
- Continue alternating knees at a steady rhythm.
- Maintain an upright posture and stabilize your core throughout.
