How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms bent at the elbows.
  2. Raise your right knee toward your chest while simultaneously lifting your left heel off the ground.
  3. Switch sides, raising your left knee and right heel.
  4. Continue alternating knees at a steady rhythm.
  5. Maintain an upright posture and stabilize your core throughout.
