The Bodyweight Knee Thrust is a dynamic exercise that engages the core and lower body by driving one knee toward the chest while standing, promoting balance and stability.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Lift one knee toward your chest while balancing on the opposite foot.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Lower the lifted leg back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side, alternating legs.
