The Bodyweight Knee Thrust is a dynamic exercise that engages the core and lower body by driving one knee toward the chest while standing, promoting balance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lift one knee toward your chest while balancing on the opposite foot.
  3. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  4. Lower the lifted leg back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side, alternating legs.
