How to do it
- 1. Secure the suspension straps at a high point.
- 2. Place your feet in the foot cradles, keeping your body in a plank position.
- 3. Lower your body by bending your elbows, maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
- 4. Push through your palms to return to the starting position, engaging your core.
