How to do it

  1. 1. Secure the suspension straps at a high point.
  2. 2. Place your feet in the foot cradles, keeping your body in a plank position.
  3. 3. Lower your body by bending your elbows, maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
  4. 4. Push through your palms to return to the starting position, engaging your core.
