How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees and place your hands on the ground.
  3. Kick your feet back into a plank position.
  4. Perform a push-up and jump your feet forward.
  5. Stand up and jump with your hands overhead.
