How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands.
- Squat down slightly, keeping your chest up and back straight.
- Explode upward, throwing the ball forward and upward with force.
- Follow through with your arms, ensuring full extension.
- Catch the ball or have a partner return it for continuous reps.
