Spin Hook Kick

The spin hook kick is a martial arts move that combines agility and strength. It enhances flexibility, core stability, and coordination as you pivot and extend the leg to execute a powerful kick.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and guard up.
  2. Pivot on the lead foot and spin the body 180 degrees.
  3. Simultaneously, lift the rear knee to the side for momentum.
  4. Extend the leg outward, striking with the heel.
  5. Return to the starting position with control.
