The spin hook kick is a martial arts move that combines agility and strength. It enhances flexibility, core stability, and coordination as you pivot and extend the leg to execute a powerful kick.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and guard up.
- Pivot on the lead foot and spin the body 180 degrees.
- Simultaneously, lift the rear knee to the side for momentum.
- Extend the leg outward, striking with the heel.
- Return to the starting position with control.
