How to do it
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width and toes pointed out.
- Squat down deeply, keeping your chest up and back straight.
- Lower your hips until they are below your knees, mimicking a frog-like position.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, then push through your heels to return to standing.
- Repeat for desired repetitions.
