How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and hands up near the chin in a fighting stance.
  2. Jump your feet apart while simultaneously punching one arm across the body.
  3. Return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat with the opposite arm, maintaining a consistent rhythm and controlled movements.
