How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
- Hold the medicine ball above your chest with straight arms.
- Engage your core and lift your upper back off the ground, maintaining arm position.
- Pause at the top, then slowly lower back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
