The lying leg raise and hold is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, primarily engaging the core. It helps improve core strength and stability by maintaining the legs elevated and holding the position for a duration.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with legs extended and arms at your sides.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs off the ground to about 45 degrees.
  3. Hold the position, keeping your back pressed into the floor.
