The Leg Raise Oblique Crunch is a core exercise that targets the oblique muscles and rectus abdominis through a combination of side crunches and leg raises. It enhances core strength and stability, especially benefiting the lateral trunk muscles for improved rotation and side bending.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with legs stacked and slightly bent.
  2. Support your head with one hand, and place the other on the floor.
  3. Simultaneously lift your legs and crunch your upper body towards them.
  4. Squeeze your obliques and hold for a moment; then lower back slowly.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
