The Bodyweight Svend Press is an exercise aimed at strengthening the chest muscles by pressing your hands firmly together. This movement emphasizes muscle engagement without the need for weights, improving chest definition and promoting stability in the shoulders and upper body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Press your palms together firmly at chest level.
  3. Extend your arms forward while maintaining tension between your hands.
  4. Hold briefly at full extension, keeping your chest engaged.
  5. Return to the start and repeat.
