Side Step Diagonal Punches are a dynamic exercise combining lateral movement and upper body engagement. This exercise enhances cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and targets muscle groups in both the lower and upper body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, fists at chest level.
  2. Step to the side with your right foot, and simultaneously punch diagonally across your body with your left hand.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
