Side Step Diagonal Punches are a dynamic exercise combining lateral movement and upper body engagement. This exercise enhances cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and targets muscle groups in both the lower and upper body.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, fists at chest level.
- Step to the side with your right foot, and simultaneously punch diagonally across your body with your left hand.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
